Firstly, I'm "74 years young" and have had lots of experience purchasing properties. The house my wife and I are about to build will be number eighteen, yes (18). Now, this is the first/last time we purchased a lot and built on it. My career allowed me to live many places on our planet. So, this brought me to Jesse Savage. Prior to purchasing this lot, I had several dealings with Jesse. Then, after looking at the lot that I purchased, I finally met Jesse.
I mentioned all the insignificant data above to inform you that I'm not a "rookie" dealing with realtors/brokers.
From "day one" Jesse was always friendly, courteous, and listened to my issue/concerns. He always responded to my questions/issues "immediately". All locations I was considering was within his reach. He went
"above/beyond" the call of duty to provide pertinent data. Jesse was willing to coordinate all issues "insignificant to important issues". He has an excellent rapport with the Title Company, resulting in they providing me with instant data. He also secured pertinent data about the Lot, etc. septic system, etc. ultimately saving me monies with the building process.
